The Computer Art & Technocultures team have been awarded a major three-year grant from the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) to study the history of computer-generated art. The project is based jointly at Birkbeck and the Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A).

Digital Pioneers opened at the V&A on 7 December 2009 and continues until 25 April 2010.
